ABOUT US
Self Realisation is a not-for-profit organisation which provide help, support and holistic therapy to Barristers and Solicitors in the United Kingdom; with particular emphasis on offering support to those from ethnic minority. Self Realisation also help people living below poverty line in Nigeria.
At Self Realisation, we:
- Provide therapeutic care for stressed out Barristers and Solicitors in the UK;
- Hold workshops to educate Nigerians on:
(i) Sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, Herpes and Gonorrhoea;
(ii) Diabetes
(iii) Sickle Cell Anaemia
(iv) Obesity - Award scholarships to children from extremely poor families in Nigeria;
- Equip the Nigerian Youth with skills to help them become self employed; and
- Supply Folic Acid and Iron tablets to pregnant women and also provide child care education in Nigeria.
Self Realisation was founded by Nkiru Mitchell who is a UK trained Barrister and a Philanthropist. She has always had a lifelong interest in human nature, lifestyle, survival and self development.
